Behavioural data: responses to assessment questions relating to objectives, talents, skills, interests, workplace behaviour, performance data, employment and education history, etc.
Sensitive data: not explicitly requested, but may be shared voluntarily, such as health data or data relating to race and ethnicity.
Financial data: salary is not explicitly requested but may be shared voluntarily by a candidate. Bank details such as account numbers may be collected for payment processing.
Category 2: Personal data of suppliers and other business contacts (including their contact persons)
- General personal data: first name, surname, address where applicable, telephone number(s), email address and job title.
- For our own staff, the following additional data are collected: CV including employment and education history;
- bank details such as account numbers (where an active working relationship exists).
Category 3: Personal data of visitors to the Luc Drieghe Consulting website
- Should you wish to complete the contact form, you will be asked to provide at minimum: your first name, surname, email address and your message. A telephone number is optional.

Luc Drieghe Consulting also retains the necessary data to protect its legal rights in the event of disputes — for example, for up to ten (10) years in the context of contractual liability.

Applicable law and jurisdiction
This privacy policy and the processing of personal data are governed in particular by the General Data Protection Regulation and supplementary Belgian personal data protection legislation.
Any disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation. Should this prove impossible, all disputes arising from this privacy policy and the processing of personal data shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts and tribunals of the registered office of Luc Drieghe Consulting, unless mandatory legislation provides otherwise.
